We work hard to get your order to you and your furry family members as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- During peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays, major pet events) processing may take up to 3–4 business days.
We’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping to Remote Areas & Territories
We currently ship to all provinces in Canada and the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and other remote postal codes may incur additional fees and longer delivery times (7–14 business days). These rates appear automatically at checkout.
